By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

I deal with a multitude of mental and physical complications and deal with chronic fatigue, this will impact quality and time.

You will NOT rush me or continuously ask for the status of your piece, I will come to you when I believe I am capable. (Comfort varies per client and piece about sending sketches/WIPs.)

Quality can depend on motivation, commission type, and deadline. I try and give the best quality I can and can negotiate prices if the quality is not as expected.

Please let me know if there are any visual design inconsistencies your character may encounter. I do my best to reflect what is in reference images provided.

I DO NOT CREATE CUSTOM CHARACTERS! AT LEAST ONE REFERENCE MUST BE AVAILABLE! (Traditional art is okay.)

TAT should generally be around 2 weeks, if not up to 3 months.

Every commission should come with a fully rendered piece with both a transparent copy and simple bg copy. WATERMARKED unless requested not.

If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.

I will not respond to persecutive or hostile behaviors regarding sales or other matters.

I reserve the right to file a DMCA and/or take legal action.

DO NOT feed any of my work to AI.

DO NOT ASK FOR, SAVE, OR REPOST ANY SKETCHES/WIPS.

DO NOT TRACE, ALTER, REMOVE, OR POST MY ARTWORK WITHOUT WATERMARKS.

DO NOT LINE OR COLOR SKETCHES OR LINEART.

DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN.

I have full rights to decline a commission at any point.

If any of my terms are broken, your behaviors will be reported, posted as a warning, and blacklisted from commissioning me.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payments will be in USD only.

1. Pay first and get your commission later!
2. Wait to pay until commission is finished.

Final piece will not be sent til payment is sent first!

PRICING:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you request a refund, please note that a certain percentage will not be reimbursed if the piece has started.

A reimbursement will not be issued if you cannot negotiate with me in a civil and respectable manner.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time due to illness, emergency, or client misconduct (such as harassment or false accusations.) In these cases, a prorated refund will be issued based on work completed.
